One year begins, knowing time's passage, all things renew, invigorating spirits. On March 1st, following the Lantern Festival, HighJet Industries held a "2020 Excellent Employee Recognition and 2021 Motivational Rally," attended by approximately 80 company leaders and representatives.

New Year's Rally and Motivation

 

 

After the award ceremony, Sun Xiaofeng from the former textile workshop and Chen Mingyue from the finance department spoke as employee representatives; Zhang Songlin, the general assistant, spoke on behalf of the company's management cadres. The representatives expressed that they will, as always, be conscientious and pragmatic in their respective positions, spread the positive energy of the enterprise, and contribute to the better tomorrow of HighJet.

At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Zheng Xushan delivered a summary speech. He first extended heartfelt congratulations to the winners and teams, before reflecting on the company's progress over the past year. He then expressed his expectations for 2021, hoping all HighJet employees would uphold the HighJet spirit, adhering to the "quick response, quick adaptation, and quick execution" triad. Together, they were to forge ahead with renewed enthusiasm, united and determined to achieve new milestones in the coming year.
