To recognize excellence, enhance sense of belonging, and stimulate employee engagement, initiative, and creativity, on April 30, 2020, Fujian HighJet Industrial Co., Ltd. held an "Annual Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony" with approximately 60 senior and mid-level leaders, along with employees in attendance.
Employees are the foundation of a business, and exceptional ones are the company's secret weapon for success. It is their relentless effort and selfless dedication that fuel HighJet's continuous growth and progress. This summit honored 21 outstanding employees, 2 exceptional managers, and 1 outstanding team.

Award ceremony concluded, Vice President Zheng Xushan took the stage to deliver a summary speech. Mr. Zheng extended heartfelt congratulations to the winners and teams, and expressed his new expectations for 2020. He emphasized that the company would face new challenges due to the pandemic, urging everyone to work together, with increased enthusiasm, united and determined to strive for better performance in 2020.
