Secondly, Mr. Chen introduced the basic situation of the company: the company was established in 2012, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan, the project covers an area of 1,500 acres, with a total investment of about 6.6 billion yuan, and is constructed in three phases; HighJet Industry has introduced the world's advanced equipment and production technology from Japan and Germany, built a production safety monitoring and testing system, implemented ISO quality management system certification, and introduced Dingjie ERP management system. In the next step, the company will promote the integration of industrialization and industrialization to enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness. Thirdly, Mr. Chen put forward the company's development goal: to become the world's largest industrial chain nylon production base, the world's largest ultra-matte silk production base, and the world's largest swimwear nylon wire production base. Fourth, all departments of the company are required to have a deep understanding, overcome difficulties such as tight time, heavy tasks, and many contents, do a good job in organizational guarantees, overall coordination, and combine the guidance and help of Ruixin's professional consulting team to complete the implementation of the two melting standards as required, and strive to pass the acceptance of the implementation of the standards. Zheng Xushan, deputy general manager of HighJet Industrial Management, introduced the HighJet Industrial Standard Implementation Plan, mainly from three aspects: the goal and plan of standard implementation, the organizational structure and responsibilities of standard implementation, and the reward and punishment mechanism. It is proposed that in the era of continuous development of information technology, HighJet Industry should focus on strategic goals, take informatization as an element of enterprise development, consolidate the foundation of industrialization, promote the interactive innovation and continuous optimization of data, technology, business processes and organizational structure, fully tap the potential of resource allocation, continuously build new capabilities in the information environment, form sustainable competitive advantages, and realize the process of innovative development, intelligent development and green development. Mr. Zheng also introduced the company's integration of industrialization and industrialization: HighJet introduced advanced equipment in the industry, officially introduced the ERP system in March 2016, and began to implement BPM in June 2016, relying on the technical advantages of the complete industrial chain, focusing on the production, sales and research and development of high-quality and differentiated nylon, and is committed to becoming the world's largest nylon production base in the industrial chain.
