HighJet Industrial Co., Ltd.'s weaving department, rows of shiny new circular Weaving machines weave nearly transparent nylon fibers at lightning speed.
The first phase of the project was put into operation at the end of last year, and the second phase of the project was actively promoted, and HighJet Industry aimed at the goal of an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan
Build 3 "world's best" production bases
Fuzhou News Network, June 14 The world's most complete nylon production base in the industrial chain, the world's largest ultra-matte yarn production base, and the world's largest swimwear production base for nylon yarn. In Lianjiang, Fujian HighJet Industrial Co., Ltd. is striving to build three "world's best" production bases for textile raw materials. This goal is getting closer and closer.
After 9 months of construction, the first phase of the HighJet Industrial project was completed and put into operation at the end of last year. At present, the second phase of the project is being actively promoted. "After the second and third phases of the project are all put into operation, Fuzhou will add an enterprise with an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan." Zheng Xushan, deputy general manager of HighJet Industrial Co., Ltd., is full of confidence in the future.
Increase technological transformation
The product is in short supply
A few days ago, the reporter walked into the texturing workshop of Fujian HighJet Industrial Co., Ltd. located in Lianjiang Kemen Economic Development Zone (pictured). On the rows of brand-new texturing machines, nylon yarns shuttle rapidly, and are finally processed into rolls of nylon yarn, like huge transparent tape.
After a series of complex processes such as warping, weaving, dry cleaning, dyeing, shaping, printing, and garment, a high-quality garment is born. Because of the quality of the product, more than 6 months after the first phase of the project was put into operation, HighJet Industrial's products have been sold all over the world, from Europe, America, to Africa and Oceania, and the company has gradually established a comprehensive textile export market system.
The textile industry is generally sluggish, but why is HighJet Industrial's products in short supply? Zheng Xushan told reporters that this is due to the changes brought about by the investment in technological transformation. Previously, the company introduced the world's most advanced Japanese TMT, German Barmag spinning and winding equipment, and adopted the most advanced domestic equipment such as Suzhou Barmag texturing machine.
The reporter noticed that on the ground of the bombing workshop, it was almost impossible to find a single trace of dust. In the huge workshop, there is no busy figure of the workers, only the slight sound of the machine. Zheng Xushan said that these texturing machines not only have low noise, high degree of automation, and the cost of human resources is reduced by 50% compared with traditional texturing machines, but the output value has increased by 50%.
Clever borrowing from external forces
Extend the industrial chain
It is not enough to introduce "tall" equipment. By establishing upstream and downstream relationships with surrounding affiliated enterprises, HighJet Industry is actively building the most complete nylon production base in the global industrial chain.
Nowadays, from PTA, polyester and chemical fiber in the upstream, weaving, dyeing and finishing in the midstream, to clothing in the downstream, a complete industrial chain extends in HighJet Industry. "The company has its own warp knitting, weft knitting, printing, garment and other industrial units in Changle, and the nylon yarn produced can not only provide raw materials for international first-line brands, but also develop its own brand." Zheng Xushan told reporters that in the future, the company plans to move the relevant industrial units from Changle to Lianjiang Kemen Port as a whole, so as to truly realize a one-stop industrial chain.
In addition to "practicing internal skills", HighJet Industry also "skillfully borrowed external forces". The Shenyuan caprolactam integration project, located in the Daguanban Reclamation District, is in full swing and is expected to officially start construction in the near future. With a total investment of 40 billion yuan, the project will produce 1 million tons of caprolactam annually after completion, and will become the world's largest caprolactam production base. Zheng Xushan said that caprolactam is an important organic chemical raw material in the textile industry, which can be directly supplied to HighJet Industry for the production of nylon 6 polymer chips. "This means that we have raw materials at our doorstep, which significantly reduces the cost of raw materials. In addition, we can also work together in terms of product quality, logistics and distribution, and process improvement to improve the market competitiveness of our products. ”
The high-end of products, coupled with a one-stop industrial chain, makes Zheng Xushan full of confidence in the prospects of the textile industry. He revealed that the first phase of the project is expected to have an annual output of 120,000 tons of ultra-fine denier differentiated and functional nylon filament, with an output value of 3.5 billion yuan and a tax of 70 million yuan. In 2017, after the third phase of the project was put into operation, the company could produce 300,000 tons of nylon filament and 300,000 tons of nylon 6 slices, with an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan and an annual tax of 300 million yuan.
