Responsibilities:​

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire process to ensure efficient execution​
• Translate and organize order information accurately, and transmit it to relevant departments in a timely manner​
• Oversee order sample production, tracking progress and quality throughout​
• Handle sample delivery, customer confirmation, and document management​
• Communicate and implement order change requirements promptly​
• Monitor order production progress in real - time, coordinate to resolve abnormal issues​
• Follow up on customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships​
• Prepare and review sales documents to ensure data accuracy​
• Manage sales documents and materials in a standardized manner, ensuring information integrity and traceability​
• Handle order shipment procedures, coordinate logistics delivery​
• Track outsourced order production, optimize greige fabric inventory management​
• Actively promote payment collection, ensuring timely fund recovery​
• Complete other assigned tasks efficiently and collaborate with the team​​

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor’s degree or above in English, international trade, marketing, or related majors​
• Passed CET - 6 or TEM - 4, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills​
• Once meeting business requirements, compensation will be based on a base salary plus commission model​
