Responsibilities:​

• Oversee the establishment, operation, and optimization of the company's quality management system to ensure its continuous effectiveness​
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, analyze root causes in - depth, and drive quality improvements​
• Prepare quality meetings meticulously, follow up on resolution implementation, and promote quality enhancement​
• Collaborate on other quality - related tasks to help achieve quality goals​​

Qualifications:​

• College diploma or above in quality management or related majors​
• Certified quality system auditor preferred​
• Proficient in office software operation​
